कर्णेन सैन्यस्थापनं तथा नानायुद्धसमवायः
Karna Reforms the Host and Multiple Duels Converge
सर्वज्ञा यवना राजन शूराश्वैव विशेषत: । म्लेच्छा: स्वसंज्ञानियता नानुक्तमितरे जना:
sarvajñā yavanā rājan śūrāśvaiva viśeṣataḥ | mlecchāḥ svasamjñāniyatā nānuktam itare janāḥ ||
ಕರ್ಣನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ರಾಜನೇ, ಯವನರು ಸರ್ವಜ್ಞರೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಶೂರಾಶ್ವರು. ಮ್ಲೇಚ್ಛರೂ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಗುರುತುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಿಂದ ಗುರುತಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ಇತರ ಜನರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ।
