Adhyāya 41 — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Briefing and the Renewal of the Great Engagement
सर्वामिमां यः पृथिवीं विजिग्ये तेन प्रयोद्धास्मि समेत्य संख्ये | 'युद्धमें जिनके समान धनुर्धर मैं दूसरे किसी मनुष्यको नहीं मानता, जिन्होंने इस सारी पृथ्वीपप विजय पायी है, आज समरांगणमें उन्हींसे भिड़कर मैं बलपूर्वक युद्ध करूँगा
sarvām imāṁ yaḥ pṛthivīṁ vijigye tena prayoddhāsmi sametya saṅkhye |
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— ಈ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿದವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ರಣಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರುಬಂದು ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಧನುರ್ವಿದ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಮನಾದ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬ ಮಾನವನಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಎಣಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಇಂದು ರಣಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಡುವೆನು।
