ततोडर्जुनगृहं गत्वा वासुदेव: सुदुर्मना: । भगिनीं पुत्रशोकार्तामाश्वचासयत दुःखिताम्,तब भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण अत्यन्त उदास मनसे अर्जुनके शिविरमें गये और पुत्रशोकसे पीड़ित हुई अपनी दुखिया बहिनको आश्वासन देने लगे
tato 'rjunagṛhaṃ gatvā vāsudevaḥ sudurmanāḥ | bhaginīṃ putraśokārtām āśvāsayata duḥkhitām ||
ಆಮೇಲೆ ವಾಸುದೇವನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಷಣ್ಣ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜುನನ ಶಿಬಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಪುತ್ರಶೋಕದಿಂದ ಕಂಗೆಟ್ಟ, ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿದ್ದ ತನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯನ್ನು ಅವನು ಸಾಂತ್ವನಪಡಿಸಿದನು.
