जयोन्मत्तेन भीमश्न बह्चबद्धं प्रभाषित: । अक्षकूटं समाश्रित्य सौबलस्यात्मनो बलम्‌

Transliteration

jayōnmattena bhīmaśna bahcabaddhaṃ prabhāṣitaḥ | akṣakūṭaṃ samāśritya saubalasya ātmano balam ||

Translation

ಜಯೋನ್ಮಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೀಮನು ಅನೇಕ ಕಠೋರ, ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯಭರಿತವಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಬದ್ಧ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿದನು—ಕಪಟ ದ್ಯೂತದ ‘ಅಕ್ಷಕೂಟ’ವನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸಿ, ಸೌಬಲನ ಪುತ್ರ ಶಕುನಿಯ ಬಲವನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಬಲವನ್ನೂ ನಂಬಿಕೊಂಡು.
