न पूजयेत् त्वां को न्वद्य यत् त्रयोदशवार्षिकम् | अमर्ष पृष्ठतः कृत्वा धर्ममेवाभिकाड्क्षसे,“आज तेरह वर्षोसे संचित किये हुए अमर्षको पीछे करके जो तुम धर्मकी ही अभिलाषा रखते हो, इसके लिये कौन तुम्हारी पूजा नहीं करेगा?
na pūjayet tvāṁ ko nv adya yat trayodaśavārṣikam | amarṣaṁ pṛṣṭhataḥ kṛtvā dharmam evābhikāṅkṣase |
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಇಂದು ಹದಿಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಚಿತವಾದ ಅಮರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರಿಸಿ, ನೀನು ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನೇ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆ; ಇಂಥ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಗೌರವಿಸದೆ ಇರಬಲ್ಲರು?
