ಭರತಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನೇ! ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದರೂ, ಪಿತೃಋಣದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ಯಥಾಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವೆನು.
