इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत द्रोणपर्वके अन्तर्गत घटोत्कचवधपर्वमें रात्रियुद्धके समय 'घटोत्कचको भगवान्का प्रोत्साहन देना' विषयक एक सौ तिहतत्तरवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
Iti prakāraṁ Śrīmahābhārate Droṇaparvake antargata Ghaṭotkacavadhaparvaṇi rātriyuddhasamaye “Ghaṭotkacaṁ bhagavatā protsāhana-dānam” viṣayaka ekaśata-trisaptatitamo ’dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ದ್ರೋಣಪರ್ವದೊಳಗಿನ ಘಟೋತ್ಕಚವಧಪರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾತ್ರಿಯುದ್ಧದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಭಗವಂತನು ಘಟೋತ್ಕಚನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡುವುದು’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಕ ನೂರ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೇ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ಸಮಾಪ್ತವಾಯಿತು.
