Transliteration

tataḥ suvarṇapṛṣṭhānāṃ cāpānāṃ kūjatāṃ raṇe

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಆಗ ರಣಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುವರ್ಣಪೃಷ್ಠವಿರುವ ಧನುಸ್ಸುಗಳ ಕೂಜನ ಮೊಳಗಿತು; ಅದು ಯುದ್ಧದ ಅಶುಭ, ಉದ್ರೇಕಕಾರಿ ಸಂಗೀತ—ಯೋಧರ ದೃಢನಿಶ್ಚಯವನ್ನೂ, ಆಯುಧ ಎತ್ತಿದ ಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದಲೇ ಹಿಂಸೆಯ ಅನಿರ್ವಚನೀಯ ವೇಗವನ್ನೂ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತು।
