Transliteration

tataḥ karṇaṃ samuddiśya tvaramāṇo dhanaṃjayaḥ

Translation

ಆಗ ಧನಂಜಯ (ಅರ್ಜುನ) ದೃಢ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದಿಂದ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ಣನನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಯುದ್ಧದ ಘೋರ ಗದ್ದಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಮಹಾಬಲ ಪ್ರತಿದ್ವಂದ್ವಿಯತ್ತ ತನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ತಿರುಗಿಸಿದನು।
