Transliteration
asmiṁstu kila sammarde grāhme vividham āyudham
Translation
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಆ ಘೋರ ಸಮರದ ಒತ್ತಡದಲ್ಲಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮವೊಂದರಂತೆ ದಟ್ಟ ಜನಸಮೂಹ ಕಿಕ್ಕಿರಿದು; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನಾವಿಧ ಆಯುಧಗಳು ಕೈಕೈಗೆ ಕಸಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿದವು.
