यदि कार्ष्णिर्धनुष्पाणिरिह स्यान्मकरध्वज:

Transliteration

yadi kārṣṇir dhanuspāṇir iha syān makaradhvajaḥ

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—“ಕಾರ್ಷ್ಣಿ ಧನುಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದು, ಮಕರಚಿಹ್ನಿತ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಈ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಗತಿ ಇಂತಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.”
