Duryodhana Seeks Droṇa’s Counsel; Imperative to Protect Jayadratha; Pāñcāla Assault on Duryodhana
त॑ कृच्छामापदं प्राप्तं दृष्टयवा परमधन्विन: । समापेतु: परीप्सन्तो धनंजयशरार्दितम्,धनंजयके बाणोंसे पीड़ित हुए दुर्योधनको भारी विपत्तिमें पड़ा हुआ देख श्रेष्ठ धनुर्धर योद्धा उसकी रक्षाके लिये आ पहुँचे
taṁ kṛcchrām āpadaṁ prāptaṁ dṛṣṭvā te paramadhanvinaḥ | samāpetuḥ parīpsanto dhanañjaya-śarārditam ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಧನಂಜಯ (ಅರ್ಜುನ)ನ ಬಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ಪೀಡಿತನಾದ ದುರ್ಯೋಧನನು ಘೋರ ಆಪತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಧನುರ್ಧರರು ಅವನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಉದ್ಧರಿಸಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕರಾಗಿ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದರು.
