Adhyāya 69: Strategic duels under Bhīṣma’s command
Virāṭa–Bhīṣma; Arjuna–Aśvatthāmā; Bhīma–Duryodhana; Abhimanyu–Lakṣmaṇa
तस्य माहात्म्ययोगेन योगेनात्ममयेन च । धृता: पाण्डुसुता राजन् जयश्लैषां भविष्यति,उनके माहात्म्ययोगसे तथा आत्मस्वरूपयोगसे समस्त पाण्डव सुरक्षित हैं। राजन! इसीलिये इनकी विजय होगी
tasya māhātmyayogena yogenātmamayena ca | dhṛtāḥ pāṇḍusutā rājan jayaśleṣāṁ bhaviṣyati ||
ರಾಜನೇ! ಅವನ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ್ಯಯೋಗದಿಂದಲೂ ಆತ್ಮಮಯಯೋಗದಿಂದಲೂ ಪಾಂಡುಪುತ್ರರು ಧೃತರಾಗಿಯೂ ರಕ್ಷಿತರಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಜಯವು ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೇ ಸೇರಲಿದೆ.
