Daiva–Puruṣakāra Discourse and the Elephant-Corps Engagement (भीमगजानीक-सम्भ्रान्ति)
तमापतत्तं वेगेन प्रेरितं निशितं शरम् । भीमसेनो द्विधा राजंश्रिच्छेद विपुलासिना
tam āpatattaṁ vegena preryitaṁ niśitaṁ śaram | bhīmaseno dvidhā rājan śiccheda vipulāsinā ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ರಾಜನೇ! ಮಹಾ ವೇಗದಿಂದ ಧಾವಿಸಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣ ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಭೀಮಸೇನನು ತನ್ನ ವಿಶಾಲ ಖಡ್ಗದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗಗಳಾಗಿ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು।
