हते तु भीष्मे राधेय पुनरेष्यसि संयुगम्‌ । धार्तराष्ट्रस्य साहाय्यं यदि पश्यसि चेत्‌ समम्‌,'राधेय! जब भीष्म मारे जाय, उसके बाद तुम यदि ठीक समझो तो युद्धमें पुनः दुर्योधनकी सहायताके लिये चले आना”

hate tu bhīṣme rādheya punar eṣyasi saṁyugam | dhārtarāṣṭrasya sāhāyyaṁ yadi paśyasi cet samam ||

ರಾಧೇಯಾ! ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹತನಾದ ಮೇಲೆ, ನಿನಗೆ ಯುಕ್ತವೆನಿಸಿದರೆ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಧೃತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನ ಪುತ್ರನಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗು.
