Kurukṣetra-sainyadarśana and Arjuna-viṣāda (धर्मक्षेत्रे समवेता युयुत्सवः — अर्जुनविषाद)

न भयं विद्यते तस्थ सदा राजकुलादपि । विवादे जयमाप्रोति बद्धो मुच्येत बन्धनात्‌,शत्रु तथा सर्प आदि विषैले दाँतोंवाले जीव भी उनको कोई हानि नहीं पहुँचा सकते। राजकुलसे भी उन्हें कोई भय नहीं होता है। इसका पाठ करनेसे विवादमें विजय प्राप्त होती है और बंदी बन्धनसे मुक्त हो जाता है इति श्रीमहाभारते भीष्मपर्वणि श्रीमद्भगवद्गीतापर्वणि दुर्गस्तिोत्रे त्रयोविंशो 5 ध्याय: इस प्रकार श्रीमह्माभारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत श्रीमद्भगवद््‌गीतापर्वमें दुगस्तित्रविषयक तेईसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

sañjaya uvāca | na bhayaṃ vidyate tastha sadā rājakulād api | vivāde jayam āpnoti baddho mucyeta bandhanāt | śatru tathā sarpādayo viṣailadantā jīvā api taṃ na hiṃsanti | rājakulād api tasya na bhayaṃ bhavati | asya pāṭhena vivāde jayaḥ prāpyate baddhaś ca bandhanān mucyate | iti śrīmahābhārate bhīṣmaparvaṇi śrīmadbhagavadgītāparvaṇi durgāstotre trayoviṃśo 'dhyāyaḥ samāptaḥ |

ಅವನಿಗೆ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲ—ಎಂದಿಗೂ, ರಾಜಕುಲಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದಲೂ ಅಲ್ಲ. ವಿವಾದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಜಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಬಂಧನದಲ್ಲಿರುವವನು ಬಂಧನದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇಂತೆ ಮಹಾಭಾರತದ ಭೀಷ್ಮಪರ್ವದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮದ್ಭಗವದ್ಗೀತಾಪರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಗಾಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಿಷಯಕ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತಮೂರನೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ಸಮಾಪ್ತವಾಯಿತು.
