आलम्भसमये तस्मिन्‌ गृहीतेषु पशुष्वथ । महर्षयो महाराज बभूवु: कृपयान्विता:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

ālambhasamaye tasmin gṛhīteṣu paśuṣv atha |

maharṣayo mahārāja babhūvuḥ kṛpayānvitāḥ ||

Translation

ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೇ ಮಹಾರಾಜನೇ, ಆಲಂಭದ ಸಮಯ ಬಂದಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಪಶುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಾಗ, ಮಹರ್ಷಿಗಳು ಕರುಣೆಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದರು.
