राजपूजाविधानम् / Royal Reception Protocols during Āśvamedha Preparations
न तत्र कृपण: वक्षिन्न दरिद्रो बभूव ह । क्षुधितो दुःखितो वापि प्राकृतो वापि मानव:
na tatra kṛpaṇaḥ kaścid daridro babhūva ha | kṣudhito duḥkhito vāpi prākṛto vāpi mānavaḥ ||
ಆ ಯಜ್ಞಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ದೀನರಾಗಿಯೂ ದರಿದ್ರರಾಗಿಯೂ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾರೂ ಹಸಿದವರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾರೂ ದುಃಖಿತರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ—ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ತಳಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಮಾನವನೂ ಕೊರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ।
