अप्--#रू- एकाशीतितमो<ध्याय: उलूपीका अर्जुनके पूछनेपर अपने आगमनका कारण एवं अर्जुनकी पराजयका रहस्य बताना
Arjuna uvāca: kim āgamanakṛtyaṃ te kauravyakulanandini | maṇipūrapater mātus tathaiva ca raṇājire ||
ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಓ ಉಲೂಪಿ, ಕುರುಕುಲಕ್ಕೆ ಆನಂದವನ್ನೀಡುವವಳೇ! ನೀನು ಯಾವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದೆ? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಮಣಿಪುರರಾಜನ ತಾಯಿ ಚಿತ್ರಾಂಗದಾ ಈ ರಣಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಏಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾಳೆ?
