वज्रदत्तेन सह अर्जुनयुद्धम्

तस्मै बाणांस्ततो जिष्णुर्निर्मुक्ताशीविषोपमान् | प्रेषयामास संक़्रुद्धो ज्वलितज्वलनोपमान्
tasmai bāṇāṁs tato jiṣṇur nirmuktāśīviṣopamān | preṣayāmāsa saṅkruddho jvalitajvalanopamān ||
ಆಗ ಕ್ರೋಧಾಗ್ನಿಯಿಂದ ದಹಿಸಿದ ಜಿಷ್ಣು (ಅರ್ಜುನ) ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾಣಗಳ ಮಳೆ ಸುರಿಸಿದನು—ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ ವಿಷಸರ್ಪಗಳಂತೆ ಭಯಂಕರವಾಗಿ, ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲಿತ ಅಗ್ನಿಯಂತೆ—ಪ್ರತಿದ್ವಂದ್ವಿಯ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲು।
