न चान्वबुध्यत तदा स मुनिर्गुरुवत्सल: । ततः कदाचिद्‌ राजेन्द्र काष्ठान्यानयितुं ययौ

na cānvabudhyata tadā sa munir guruvatsalaḥ | tataḥ kadācid rājendra kāṣṭhāny ānayituṃ yayau ||

ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುಭಕ್ತನಾದ ಆ ಮುನಿ ನಿಜವಾದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ನಂತರ, ಓ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ! ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅವನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಹೊರಟನು.
