Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)
हित्वा गुणमयं सर्व कर्म जन्तु: शुभाशुभम् | उभे सत्यानृते हित्वा मुच्यते नात्र संशय:
hitvā guṇamayaṃ sarva karma jantuḥ śubhāśubham | ubhe satyānṛte hitvā mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
ವಾಯು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಗುಣಮಯವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು—ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ ಅಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ—ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿ, ಸತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸತ್ಯ—ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟ ಸನ್ಯಾಸಿ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶಯವಿಲ್ಲ।
