Dehānta (Cyavana) and Upapatti: Kāśyapa’s Questions and the Siddha’s Account of Death, Pain, and Karmic Re-embodiment
ऑपनऔक्षाता बछ। जज स::ॉ!
vāyudeva uvāca | tataḥ tasyopasaṅgṛhya pādau praśnān sudurvacān | papraccha tāñ śva dharmān sa prāha dharmabhūtāṃ varaḥ |
ವಾಯುದೇವನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಅನಂತರ ಧರ್ಮಾತ್ಮರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದ ಕಾಶ್ಯಪನು ಆ ಸಿದ್ಧ ಮಹಾತ್ಮನ ಎರಡೂ ಪಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು, ಉತ್ತರಿಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟವಾದ ಅನೇಕ ಧರ್ಮಸಂಬಂಧಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಆಗ ಧರ್ಮಧಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದ ಆ ಮಹಾಪುರುಷನು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದನು.
