Educational Q&A

When rightful domains that sustain the world’s balance are unlawfully seized, the result is pervasive disorder (symbolized by stench) and justified moral outrage; power must be exercised within dharma, not through usurpation.

Vāyu recounts an ancient episode: Vṛtrāsura overpowered the Earth and even appropriated the ‘sphere of fragrance.’ This caused foulness to spread everywhere, and Indra (Śatakratu) became intensely angry at the violation.
