अस्मिन्‌ काले5थ सोल्पायुर्दिष्टान्तमगमत्‌ प्रभु: । ते त॑ क्षुधाभिसंतप्ता: परिवार्योपतस्थिरे

Transliteration

asmin kāle ’tha so ’lpāyur diṣṭāntam agamat prabhuḥ | te tu kṣudhābhisantaptāḥ parivāryopatasthire ||

Translation

ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಪಾಯು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ಆ ಯುವರಾಜನು ವಿಧಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅಂತ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದನು. ಹಸಿವಿನಿಂದ ತತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಋಷಿಗಳು ಆ ಮೃತ ಬಾಲಕನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದು ನಿಂತರು.
