The Duty to Fulfill Promised Gifts
स एव हि यदा तुष्टो वचसा प्रतिनन्दति । भवत्यगदसंकाशो विषये तस्य भारत
sa eva hi yadā tuṣṭo vacasā pratinandati | bhavaty agada-saṅkāśo viṣaye tasya bhārata ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಹೇ ಭಾರತ! ಅದೇ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನು ಆಶಾಪೂರ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಥೋಚಿತ ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗಿ, ವಚನಗಳಿಂದ ರಾಜನನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವನು ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವೈದ್ಯನಂತೆ ಉಪಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ।
