Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
तस्य दर्शनमिष्टं वो यदि देवा विभावसो: । तत्रैवमधिगच्छध्वं कार्य वो यदि वल्लिना,“देवताओ! यदि आपको अग्निदेवका दर्शन अभीष्ट हो और यदि उनसे आपका कोई कार्य हो तो वहीं जाकर उनसे मिलिये
tasya darśanam iṣṭaṃ vo yadi devā vibhāvasaḥ | tatraivam adhigacchadhvaṃ kāryaṃ vo yadi vallinā ||
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—“ದೇವಗಳೇ! ವಿಭಾವಸು (ಅಗ್ನಿದೇವ)ನ ದರ್ಶನ ನಿಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ದಂಡಧಾರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲೀಗೇ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿರಿ.”
