अध्याय ५६ — च्यवन–कुशिकसंवादः
Cyavana–Kuśika Dialogue on Lineage, Conflict, and Transmission
तत: सुखासीनमृषिं वाग्यतौ संववाहतु: । न च पर्याप्तमित्याह भार्गव: सुमहातपा:
tataḥ sukhāsīnam ṛṣiṁ vāgyatau saṁvāvahatuḥ | na ca paryāptam ity āha bhārgavaḥ sumahātapāḥ ||
ನಂತರ ಋಷಿ ಸುಖವಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತರು; ಆ ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ವಾಕ್ಸಂಯಮದಿಂದ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ದೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿ ಮಸಾಜ್ ಮಾಡತೊಡಗಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಮಹಾತಪಸ್ವಿ ಭಾರ್ಗವ (ಚ್ಯವನ) ಒಮ್ಮೆಯೂ “ಸಾಕು, ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
