Viśvāmitra-janma: Ṛcīka–Satyavatī–Gādhi and the Charu Exchange (विश्वामित्र-जन्म: ऋचीक–सत्यवती–गाधि वृत्तान्तः)
तथेति वरुणो देव आदित्यो भृगुसत्तमम् | उवाच यत्र ते छन्दस्तत्रोत्थास्यन्ति वाजिन:
tatheti varuṇo deva ādityo bhṛgusattamam | uvāca yatra te chandas tatrotthāsyanti vājinaḥ ||
ಆಗ ಆದಿತಿನಂದನ ವರుణದೇವನು ಭೃಗುಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಋಚೀಕನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು—“ತಥಾಸ್ತು. ನಿನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಛೆ ಯಾವ ಕಡೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೋ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ থেকেই ಅಂಥ ಕುದುರೆಗಳು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸುವವು.”
