Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
पूर्वे वयसि कर्माणि कृत्वा पापानि ये नरा: । पश्चात् गड्ां निषेवन्ते तेडपि यान्त्युत्तमां गतिम्
pūrve vayasi karmāṇi kṛtvā pāpāni ye narāḥ | paścāt gaḍāṃ niṣevante te 'pi yānty uttamāṃ gatim ||
ಜೀವನದ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಪಕರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದವರೂ, ನಂತರ ಗಂಗಾಸೇವನವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವರೆಂದರೆ—ಅವರೂ ಉನ್ನತಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
