शृणु मन्त्रविधिं कृत्स्नं प्रोच्यमानं मयानघ । य॑ श्रुत्वा पाण्डवश्रेष्ठ सर्वपापै: प्रमुच्यते

Transliteration

śṛṇu mantravidhim kṛtsnaṃ procyamānaṃ mayānagha | yaḥ śrutvā pāṇḍavaśreṣṭha sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate ||

Translation

ಓ ಅನಘನೇ! ಪಾಂಡವಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನೇ! ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಮಂತ್ರದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ—ಕೇಳು. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದವನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಾಪಗಳಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.
