Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)

कल्योत्थानरतिर्नित्यं गहशुश्रूषणे रता । सुसम्मृष्टक्षया चैव गोशकृत्कृतलेपना

kalyotthānaratir nityaṁ gṛhaśuśrūṣaṇe ratā | susammṛṣṭakṣayā caiva gośakṛtkṛtalepanā ||

ಯಾವ ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ನಿತ್ಯ ಯಥಾಕಾಲ ಪ್ರಾತಃಕಾಲ ಎದ್ದೇಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ರಮಿಸಿ, ಗೃಹಶುಶ್ರೂಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನೆಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿ, ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಒರೆದು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛವಾಗಿಟ್ಟು, ಗೋಮಯಲೇಪನದಿಂದ ಪವಿತ್ರಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೋ—ಆಕೆ ಗೃಹಧರ್ಮದ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಳಾಗಿ ಸತೀಧರ್ಮದ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾಳೆ।
