एष वाणीकृतो देवि धर्म: सेव्य: सदा नरै: । शुभ: सत्यगुणो नित्यं वर्जनीयो मृषा बुचै:

Transliteration

eṣa vāṇīkṛto devi dharmaḥ sevyaḥ sadā naraiḥ | śubhaḥ satyaguṇo nityaṃ varjanīyo mṛṣā budhaiḥ ||

Translation

ದೇವಿ! ಇದು ವಾಣಿಯಿಂದ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡ ಧರ್ಮ; ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಇದನ್ನು ಸದಾ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ಶುಭಕರವಾದ ಸತ್ಯವಚನಗಳನ್ನು ನುಡಿ, ಅಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು।
