मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
संख्यामतिगुणां चापि तेषु लोकेषु मोदते । उन सभी स्थानोंमें सफलमनोरथ होकर वह देवकन्याओंद्वारा पूजित होता है तथा जिस यज्ञमें बहुत-से सुवर्णकी दक्षिणा दी जाती है
saṅkhyām atiguṇāṁ cāpi teṣu lokeṣu modate |
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಅವನು ಆ ಲೋಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೆಗೂ ಮೀರಿದಂತೆ ಆನಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೋರಥಗಳು ಸಫಲವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ; ದೇವಕನ್ಯೆಯರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಹಳ ಸ್ವರ್ಣವನ್ನು ದಕ್ಷಿಣೆಯಾಗಿ ನೀಡುವ ಯಜ್ಞದ ಫಲವನ್ನೂ ಅವನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅಸಂಖ್ಯ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಆ ಲೋಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಖವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
