मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
सिंहव्याप्रप्रयुक्तैस्तु मेघनि:स्वननादितैः
siṁha-vyāghra-prayuktaiḥ tu megha-niḥsvana-nāditaiḥ | tataḥ paścāt bahu-saṅkhyakā rathāḥ sānandaṁ vijaya-ghoṣaṁ kurvantaḥ pravartante | teṣu suvarṇa-mayeṣu nirmaleṣu maṅgala-kāriṣu ratheṣu deva-kanyā āruḍhā bhavanti |
ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು— ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಿಂಹ-ವ್ಯಾಘ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಜೂಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ, ಮೇಘಗರ್ಜನೆಯಂತೆ ಗಂಭೀರ ನಾದದಿಂದ ನಿನದಿಸುವ ಅನೇಕ ರಥಗಳು ಸಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಆನಂದದಿಂದ ವಿಜಯಘೋಷ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅವು ಮುಂದುವರೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಆ ರಥಗಳು ಸ್ವರ್ಣಮಯ, ನಿರ್ಮಲ, ಮಂಗಳಕರ; ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದೇವಕನ್ಯೆಯರು ಆರೂಢರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
