Gautama–Śakra Saṃvāda: Karma, Loka-bheda, and the Restoration of the Elephant
सुधारिणां धर्मधुरे महात्मनां यथोदिते वर्त्मनि सुस्थितानाम् | धर्मात्मनामुद्वहतां गति तां परं गन्ता धृतराष्ट्रो न तत्र
sudhāriṇāṃ dharmadhure mahātmanāṃ yathodite vartmani susthitānām | dharmātmanām udvahatāṃ gatiṃ tāṃ paraṃ gantā dhṛtarāṣṭro na tatra ||
ಗೌತಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಧರ್ಮಧುರೆಯನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಹೊರುವ ಮಹಾತ್ಮರು, ಬೋಧಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಇರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಿತರಾಗಿ ಧರ್ಮಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವವರು—ಅವರು ಆ ಪರಮಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಧೃತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನು ಅದೆಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನು ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವನು.
