धृतराष्ट्र–दुर्योधन संवादः
Vāraṇāvata-vivāsana-nīti: Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Duryodhana’s Policy Dialogue
ततः संवर्धयामास संस्कारैश्वाप्पपोजयत् । प्रातीपेयो नरश्रेष्ठो मिथुनं गौतमस्य तत्
tataḥ saṃvardhayāmāsa saṃskāraiś cāpy apūjayat | prātīpeyo naraśreṣṭho mithunaṃ gautamasya tat ||
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತೀಪವಂಶೀಯ ನರಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಶಂತನು ಗೌತಮನ ಆ ಜೋಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿದನು; ಯಥಾಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿಧಿಸಂಸ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದನು. ವಿದ್ಯೆ-ವಿನಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ತಂದೆಯಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿದನು.
