Kṛṣṇa’s Daily Life in Dvārakā; the Captive Kings’ Appeal; Nārada Announces the Rājasūya
sabhājayitvā vidhi-vat kṛtāsana-parigraham babhāṣe sunṛtair vākyaiḥ śraddhayā tarpayan munim
This verse shows that one should welcome a saint according to proper etiquette—offer honor, provide a respectful seat, and speak with sincere, truthful, gentle words.
Because Nārada is a revered sage and devotee; Kṛṣṇa, demonstrating ideal dharma and Vaiṣṇava conduct, pleased him through respectful reception and faithful speech.
Practice respectful hospitality—give time, attention, and a proper place, and speak kindly and truthfully—especially toward spiritually advanced people and teachers.
