नमस्ते प्राण क्रन्दाय नमस्ते स्तनयित्नवे । नमस्ते प्राण विद्युते नमस्ते प्राण वर्षते
námas te prāṇa krándāya námas te stanayitnávé | námas te prāṇa vidyúté námas te prāṇa várṣate
Obeisance to thee, O Prāṇa, as the Roarer; obeisance to thee as the Thunderer. Obeisance to thee, O Prāṇa, as the Lightning; obeisance to thee, O Prāṇa, as the Rainer.
ಹೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ, ಗರ್ಜಿಸುವ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ; ಹೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ, ಸ್ತನಯಿತ್ನು (ಮೋಡಗರ್ಜನೆ) ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ. ಹೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ, ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ; ಹೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ, ವರ್ಷಿಸುವ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ.
