जानपदास्त्वमित्रसाधारणाः इति ॥ कZ_०८.१.२७ ॥

Transliteration

jānapadās tv amitra-sādhāraṇāḥ iti.

Translation

ಆದರೆ ಜನಪದವಾಸಿಗಳು ಶತ್ರುವಿಗೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರು (ಅಂದರೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಅವನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಒಲಿಯುವವರು) ಎಂದು.
