अन्यनौप्रतिबद्धां वातवेगवशां च नोपेयात् ॥ कZ_०१.२१.१९ ॥
Transliteration
anyanaupratibaddhāṃ vātavegavaśāṃ ca nopeyāt ।
Translation
ಅವನು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ದೋಣಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಹಾಕಿರುವ ದೋಣಿಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಬಾರದು; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬಲವಾದ ಗಾಳಿಯ ವೇಗದ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೋಣಿಯನ್ನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.
