कन्यामन्यां दर्शयित्वान्यां प्रयच्छतः शत्यो दण्डस्तुल्यायाम् हीनायां द्विगुणः ॥ कZ_०४.१२.१४ ॥
Transliteration
kanyām anyāṃ darśayitvā anyāṃ prayacchataḥ śatyo daṇḍas tulyāyām; hīnāyāṃ dviguṇaḥ
Translation
ಒಂದು ಕನ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕನ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವವನಿಗೆ—ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕನ್ಯೆ ಸಮಾನ ಸ್ಥಾನದ್ದಾದರೆ ನೂರು ಪಣ ದಂಡ; ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸ್ಥಾನದ್ದಾದರೆ ದಂಡ ದ್ವಿಗುಣ.
