yathāparādham iti kauṭilyaḥ

Translation

ಕೌಟಿಲ್ಯನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ: (ದಂಡ) ಅಪರಾಧಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ (ಇರಬೇಕು).
