जनपदान्ते ध्रुवनिधिमापदर्थमभित्यक्तैः कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.५.०४ ॥

Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

ಜನಪದಗಳ ಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಆಪತ್ತಿನ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ-ನಿಧಿಯನ್ನು, ತ್ಯಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ/ಹಕ್ಕುದಾರರಿಲ್ಲದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು।
