Transliteration

pravīre vāstuni rājaniveśaś cāturvarṇyasamājīve

Translation

ಪ್ರವೀರ (ಮುಖ್ಯ/ಕೇಂದ್ರ) ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜನಿವಾಸವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಚಾತುರ್ವರ್ಣ್ಯದ ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ-ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
