बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ರಾಜನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವವರನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ದಾಟುವುದನ್ನು ಭಯಕರ/ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿಸಲು ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸಿದ/ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ತೀರ್ಥಗಳು (ಘಾಟುಗಳು) ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕು.
