अकामायाः कुमार्या वा साहसे उत्तमो दण्डः सकामायाः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२७.१३ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ kumāryā vā sāhase uttamo daṇḍaḥ sakāmāyāḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ಇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕನ್ಯೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದಾಳಿ/ಸಾಹಸ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಉನ್ನತ (ಅತ್ಯುಚ್ಚ) ಸಾಹಸದಂಡ; ಅವಳು ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರೆ ಪೂರ್ವ (ಮೊದಲ/ಕನಿಷ್ಠ) ಸಾಹಸದಂಡ.
