तमात्मदोषत्यागेन परशक्त्यपराधवशेन वा साधयेत् ॥ कZ_०९.३.१३ ॥

Transliteration

tam ātma-doṣa-tyāgena para-śakty-aparādha-vaśena vā sādhayet

Translation

ಆ (ಆಂತರಿಕ ವೈರ)ವನ್ನು ಅವನು ತನ್ನದೇ ದೋಷಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಅಥವಾ ಅದು ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಅಪರಾಧ/ಉಸಿರಾಟದ ಫಲವೆಂದು ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿ (ಅಂದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರೆ ಹಾಕಿ) ಶಮನಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು।
