Transliteration
námo’stu sárpebhyo yé ké ca pṛthivī́m ánu | yé antárikṣe yé diví tébhyaḥ sárpebhyo námaḥ ||
Translation
Obeisance be unto the Serpents, whatsoever (serpents) there are that range along the earth; and those that are in the mid-air, and those that are in heaven—to those Serpents be obeisance.
