शिव उवाच । कुत्र त्वं यासि मां हित्वा न त्वन्त्याज्या मया शिवे । मया परीक्षितासि त्वं दृढभक्तासि मेऽनघे
śiva uvāca | kutra tvaṃ yāsi māṃ hitvā na tvantyājyā mayā śive | mayā parīkṣitāsi tvaṃ dṛḍhabhaktāsi me'naghe
ព្រះសិវៈមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឯណាទៅ អ្នកកំពុងទៅ ដោយទុកខ្ញុំចោល ឱ សិវេ អ្នកមានមង្គល? ខ្ញុំមិនអាចបោះបង់អ្នកបានទេ។ ខ្ញុំបានសាកល្បងអ្នកហើយ ឱ អនឃេ អ្នកគ្មានបាប; អ្នកមានភក្តីភាពរឹងមាំចំពោះខ្ញុំ»។
